Civil Defense recalls donated bottled water in cans.

Storage containers may have been used for shipping unofficial surplus canned water, and, or as commodes. If you suspect that you may be in the possession of a recalled can of bottled water, flush surplus water, thoroughly rinse container using water and refill.
Caution, do not re-fill can of bottle water above 17 ½ gallon capacity of can, as this may prohibit shipping of storage water. Using fill water other than official surplus D.O.D. water will violet any implied warranty.
Additionally if water or urine appears orange, call a doctor or other agent under the Department or U.S. Intelligence Tzar and Down-Home Scrutiny.
