JBN decides Not to satirize satire columnist Andy Borowitz

When you make hits for a living it can be a cut throat adventure. With the goal of obtaining hits for the web site, I consider satirizing a satirize columnist, and who better than Andy Borowitz. Surely his name would draw attention and the name Borowitz was full of possibilities… so, just being the editor of JBN , I still run everything thru Mr. Bossmund for approval. Immediately I can sense he sees no humor in this idea. “If we write about him we’ll never hear the end of it from the entire satire community. He when on to say that Mr. Borowitz probably would not think this was funny.” I questioned the thought of a satire writer not having a sense of humor…then I remembered I worked for Mr. Bossmund, {I won’t say any more, I need my job.) who suggested I do a little research on this Borowitz guy. I knew his daily story always pushed JBN’s latest story down the column on the satire feed. So I read his latest bit, and his info on the website. After my limited research I concluded that Andy Borrowitz, best known for producing the TV show Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and author of humorous books including the Trillion air Next-door, (which may be an autobiography), has a brilliant web site with a link to a video about humor in the work place. After watching this video I decided Andy is a very intelligent, funny guy. Someone we can all laugh at. This is why JBN decided not to satirize satire columnist Andy Borowitz. I’ve decided to read his bits to see how humor is written. Don’t worry Junk Brothers News Fans, JBN will still bring you the same style junk you love to discard. JBN will never borrow Borowitz boring bits. JBN will almost never write as boring bits as Borowitz. And JBN will almost never match wits with the undisputed king of the bit, albeit boring, Andy Borowitz.
