Police refuse to investigate theft!
Orlando,
FL Johnny Walker, a local homeless resident, told a
Junk Brothers News
reporter that Orlando Police Department refused to investigate the theft of
his shopping cart.
“This is ridiculous,” stated Walker, “I bet they charged
$300 to $400 dollars to the Winn Dixie that I got it from.” Lt. John Law
replied, “Without a receipt or proof of ownership there was nothing the
department could do.” Mr. Walked said he wish someone would make “The Club” for
buggies. Until they do he plans to get a “Big Ass Lock & Chain.”
